Kindergarten Announcements
Welcome Back to School!
We had a great week being back together after our spring break. It was fun to hear about everyone's vacations and relaxing time at home.

ELA
The class worked on fluency by reading Farm Animals from the Reader’s Theater. They practiced using effective phrasing by reading short word groups and sentences as complete phrases which made their reading sound more like talking. We also worked with the letter Ll and our spelling words are: bag, dad, let, lap, lid, lip
Math
The students are seeing 11-19 images displayed on fingers and ten frames. Students are beginning to understand that each of these numbers have 10 ones and some more ones.
Writing
We wrote something that we know about farm animals.
P2: Social Intelligence
