                            Kindergarten Announcements Make sure to take a look at our class photo album! Photo Album ELA This was our Reader’s Theater unit and we read a book called In the Sea. Students discussed the concept of animals that live in the ocean.  They built academic and sight word vocabulary and practiced fluency through choral-reading. As they took turns reading, they listened for a variation of volume, stress, and pitch. We worked with the letter Gg and our spelling words are: men, bin, tag, get, bag, rag  Math   Students learned to connect equations with compositions and decompositions of 10 on 10 frames and fingers.  Writing Students started opinion writing this week.         Science Wild Weather (will do Monday): We learned about weather prediction and storms!
